About Us

Colonial Peninsula Properties, LLC was formed in 2012 as a holding company for a small number of commercial real estate investment properties.  In late 2017, a decision was made to expand the business to include residential rental properties as well as residential investment properties in the Hampton Roads area.  CPP currently has over 40 residential and commercial rental properties and CPP staff have proudly remodeled dozens of homes in the Hampton Roads area.  A few examples can be found at www.theeastcoastgroup.com.
